April 8, 2021 Heart of a Hobbit – Chicken and Race Change!

But not a race change to a chicken, at least not permanently!

It was a week between festivals, so we found some other fun things to do!

There are a sequence of quests you can take in the Shire that allow you to play as a chicken with your own set of quests and objectives. We started near the beginning of the quest chain, running around the Shire to find out what various animals know about the changes happening in the area, and then we went to Rivendell to talk to Aragorn’s horse. We’ll spend more time next week exploring Middle Earth as chickens.

Then we did the big feature – a race change! Rosenbleume has been though a bunch now, first a name change and now, from Race of Man to a Hobbit! She’s feeling much happier and like she’s finally found her true self.
